TRX was developed by a Navy Seal, the purpose was to enable us to use our bodyweight and sometimes total bodyweight- to move through each exercise.  With the TRX, it simultaneously develops power, strength, durability, mobility, flexibility, balance,  and core stability (core-stability throughout all of the movements).  It does not matter what age you are or what fitness level you are at, this type of training challenges you all the way.  Simply Fit with Patty is there to develop a program to suit your needs with this tool as well as to instruct and educate and motivate you along the way.

Also at Simply Fit with Patty, we encourage our clients to avoid plateus so we offer HIIT (high intensity interval training) as well.  These movements if calculated correctly can burn up to and even over 500 calories in a one hour session.  With Simply Fit with Patty, we do the calculations and let you know you are burning FAT, not through the muscle.
